The importance of a healthy lifestyle for maintaining overall health and preventing chronic diseases is well known. A healthy lifestyle is quite easy to achieve - you do not need to do anything “insane” to adopt a healthy lifestyle. I will say that a certain degree of independent thinking is required to separate truth from fiction in most modern medical counseling services that are currently provided.
The most important thing you can do is eat well. Avoid toxins in food as much as possible and consume a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. exercise moderately several times a week; Avoid smoking, including passive smoking; and avoid too much weight (which is natural if you eat and move properly). Although it is not always possible to consume all organic products, the EEC recommends 12 fruits and vegetables that must be organic because of their higher pesticide residues. Avoiding environmental toxins as much as possible is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
Our modern lifestyle is very practical, but it can also be extremely unhealthy. Most of us eat too much processed foods and too few fruits and vegetables. we rarely practice; And when we develop chronic conditions, such as diabetes, we rely on traditional medicines to make us feel better - but these drugs often have devastating side effects. Instead of accepting the value of a healthy lifestyle for ourselves and future generations, we continue our bad habits and then take strong toxic drugs to treat our inevitable symptoms.
Of course, we do not control all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. We will be exposed to certain environmental toxins, like it or not. But many of these factors are absolutely in our hands. Whenever we can, we must be responsible and make the right decisions.
That is why it is so important that you eat healthy as an important factor for healthy LIFESTYLE.
I say “lifestyle” because I know that “eating well” is sometimes something that makes a person take offense, because they consider “sacrifice” necessary to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
I remember how people who ate bad food, joked with me and said that I really do not live because I did not want to eat pizza or drink beer - and I always answered: “How much LIFE can you do if your body from what you do? stuck in it?
The transition from an unhealthy to a healthy lifestyle
The reason that I’m discussing healthy eating on EATING WELL on my blog is because it’s so effective for my health.
This was not always the case. I remember that every day I was addicted to a bar of chocolate and always had a headache, an infection or some kind of illness.
In addition to excessive sugar cravings (candy bars every day to eat), I also suffered from many unhealthy symptoms that are difficult to solve with the help of traditional medicine: frequent headaches, skin problems (eczema, acne, hives, bloating, gas, unpleasant breath odor), weakness, or brittle hair and nails, fatigue and lethargy, excessive stress, Candida overgrowth, fungal infections, food or environmental allergies, anxiety or depression, diarrhea, constipation, memory loss, mood swings, or frequent colds or fektsiya, PMS, or heavy menstrual cramps, bladder infection, loss of sex drive, etc. ...
Ughhh! Not fun!
Years later, I love good food and rarely get sick. Good food is the perfect way to get in line with your body and really get back to the basics of what your body needs. It challenges you to abandon the vices that you take for granted, break the addiction to addiction and start all over again. Good food is a healthy lifestyle choice that gives you clarity on what your body needs, not longing, and it becomes the basis for all other healthy lifestyles.
One important thing to consider when eating is to study your rooting philosophy to adapt healthy foods to your lifestyle.
Is it so important!
If it’s just a matter of losing a few kilograms - I personally think that it’s not enough to be motivated, and you will be set to “fail”. However, if you decide to eat well to enjoy a better quality of life, you can do what you do, I have not done it for many years and not get sick, this is a great motivator that will probably continue!
To be really practical, you must make good changes to the food you cooked and enjoy it during lunch.
I always listen to my body when I eat. I do not count calories, measure my fist, utilization rates or anything that causes me to part with the food I eat.
The main reason why I enjoy excellent health is that I am critical of what I eat - I eat REAL food.
Because of this, I do not need expensive supplements or complex programs to save weight.
Delicious menus of real, wholesome food allow me to enjoy what many diet plans warn me about.
It sounds simple, but I learned that many people just don’t know what makes a healthy lifestyle, especially when it comes to food!
I try to keep everything as simple as possible.
I go shopping near the grocery store, eat mostly wild and free chicken, very little meat and mostly raw organic fruits and vegetables with beans and rice. It is impossible to list all that I eat here. Just visit my blog and download your FREE healthy shopping list while you are here!
The future depends on our health. A healthy living lifestyle that is as free as possible from toxins (in our environment and in our food) and stress is important for us, but also for future generations. Scientists now also discover the effect of nutrition on our DNA! Healthy trees have healthy fruits. A sustainable lifestyle disease will have a long-term impact on future generations and on our planet.
The results of years of unhealthy lifestyle are obvious. Currently, chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease have increased dramatically. The obesity rate is so high that it is considered an epidemic, and infertility increases. The number of children diagnosed with autism, Asperger syndrome or ADHD is alarming.
We must also remember that our children keep a close eye on us and imitate us. If they see that we are now acting responsibly, they will probably take a similar approach to taking care of themselves and the planet as they grow.
We all have to ask ourselves whether we want to teach our children the importance of a healthy lifestyle. If we don’t show them how to care for themselves, they will most likely turn to food companies. How do you know the difference between real products, substances that look like food?
I have about 6 - 8 fantastic cookbooks on hand. From these books, I create simple meal plans that I shoot each month based on about 15 simple food ideas.
In addition to eating delicious food (which is real and healthy!), I suggest the following ways of modeling a positive approach to eating among our children:
Young children first learn to learn the world through imitation.
How do you feel every day when you cook your family meals? Have you rushed, upset and disabled? We can show our children that healthy food is important when we approach our meals.
If we are happy and ready to cook and enjoy food together, we affirm that food is more than just filling a hole, but it is an integral part of a happy and healthy family life. In short, your children will imitate what they see. Therefore, make sure that you positively evaluate activities that require a healthy lifestyle.
Involve your children in meal preparation
Discussing how well certain foods are tasty, and by helping them cook, you show that it is important to spend time preparing healthy food, rather than throwing something in the microwave. You never know, you can inspire a future chef!
Make a plan to eat together as a family as often as possible
With each decision you make to eat together, you set a value judgment on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and it’s about eating more than just a few vegetables.
We can and should strive to change our habits and accept the value of a healthy lifestyle. If society does not change, we, as individuals, must do this. If we leave our health to someone, guess what he planned for you? Little.
I am absolutely sure that you can move on to a healthy lifestyle and eliminate the irritating symptoms of a body overloaded with toxins from our North American lifestyle. I did this by doing simple strategies and cooking from informational books that helped me change my lifestyle and enjoy life!
